According to MyZimbabwe, a middle aged man, Edwin
Tshuma, was robbed and murdered while he was having a quick round of sex
with a prostitute in a bush.
Tshuma who is originally from Zimbabwe but a resident of Midrand in South Africa, had allegedly paid a prostitute for sex in a bush but got more than he bargained for when some hoodlums jumped him
.
He
was not only robbed of his property but he was also stabbed several
times till he died. Boksburg police spokesperson, Kwendzakwakhe Ngobese,
said that Tshuma had parked his car next to the mall on Rondebult Road,
before going to the nearby bushes with the prostitute on Friday
afternoon.
"While having sex, four men
stabbed Tshuma several times, and stole his valuables. Police received a
call from a member of the public that a man had been stabbed. The
victim suffered severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Three
of the alleged four killers, aged 20, 28, and 29, were arrested over
the weekend. They have been charged with murder and are likely to face
additional charges, including robbery."
According
to Ngobese, the police have arrested dozens of women who worked as
prostitutes in the area, where many of them use the bushes along
Rondebult Road for their activities.
