19-year-old Amina Lawal has been missing since March 20

A 19-year-old Nigerian student studying at York University (YORKU), Toronto, Ontario, Canada, has been missing since the 20th of March.
Amina Lawal, who studies at the university's Schulich School of Business, disappeared without trace on her 19th birthday.
Her mother, Funmiloya Odusola, said Lawal called on that day to say she was on her way back home from a meeting at York University but has not been heard from or seen since then.

“She called me around 6:30 to say she was on her way, and that’s the last time I heard from her,” Odusola told Torontoist last week.
The distraught mother says it is “very, very unusual” for her daughter to disappear for several days, believing it is a case of kidnapping.
“She’s a very good girl. She’s an A student, she volunteers, she’s very athletic, she loves music and she likes to help," Inside Toronto quoted Odusola as saying.
"One thing I know for sure, she would never leave voluntarily. ... I think maybe somebody kidnapped her.
"I’m just praying every day that she’s alive.”
Toronto police have since appealed to the public for information on her whereabouts with concerns that she might be in danger.
In a recent statement police say they are “concerned for her safety.”
“We are concerned for her safety,” Constable Victor Kwong said.
They say the student was last seen on Friday, March 20, 2015, in the Kingston Road and Beechgrove Drive area.
Lawal is described as black, 5’2”, and approximately 100 pounds with a thin build and long, braided hair, CTV News Toronto reports.
People who are helping to find Lawal have been using the hashtags #FindAmina and #HelpFindAmina on social media.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call the 43 Division at 416-808-4300 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
