You all recall the man that was caught with fake 4000 PVC's during the governorship election? He goes by the name Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam and he contested for Nkanu East/West Fed. House of Reps under PDP in Enugu State. Well, despite committing such crime,he has been awarded certificate of return by INEC. Shame!!!
