Speaking in an Interview with Oyo state's reknowned Journalist,Edmund Obilo around 10pm today,Teslim Folarin said he has conceeded defeat.
"I Teslim Folarin conceed defeat and urge my supporters to stay at peace.Whoever wins will get a call from me and a brotherly congratulatory message." - Folarin said.
