Jian Feng later discovered that his wife underwent a cosmetic surgery before they met. Jian Feng divorced her for false pretense.
A Chinese man has successfully divorced and sued his wife for giving birth to “a very ugly baby”.
According to Irish Times, Jian Feng accused his wife of infidelity and asked for a DNA test to actually know if he is the father of the baby.
The
test however proved that the baby is actually his, but the shocker came
when his wife revealed that she had undergone cosmetic surgery worth
about $100,000 before they had met to improve her looks.
Jian Feng thereafter sued his wife for false pretense as he married her thinking she was naturally beautiful.
“I
married my wife out of love, but as soon as we had our first daughter,
we began having marital issues. Our daughter was incredibly ugly, to the
point where it horrified me,” Jian Feng told the Irish Times.
Jian Feng won the case and the wife was ordered to pay the sum of $120,000.
