A Catholic reverend sister who gave birth to baby boy said she did not know she was pregnant
Just like the Biblical story of the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, a Catholic Nun who
was delivered of a baby boy, has claimed that she did not know she was
pregnant and cannot tell how the pregnancy came to be.
According to Metro UK
the Sister whose name was not given, belonged to an all-female closed
order in Macerata, Italy, and was rushed to nearby Bartolomeo Eustachio
di San Severino hospital after complaining of severe abdominal pain,
where she was surprised that she was carrying a baby for 9-months
without knowing.
It was learnt that the nun came
to Italy in June, 2014, and shocked her fellow sisters with the claims
that she had ‘no idea’ that she was pregnant.
This
is second time a Nun from the same monastery would be giving birth as
after a 33-year-old Salvadorian nun gave birth to a baby boy last year
and named him after Pope Francis.
